Are you a retired teacher, someone who loves speaking with the public, or are looking for ways to Do Good in your community? Join us at The Durham Museum for a free 2-hour program (with lunch included!) and learn about open volunteer opportunities!
This program will take place on April 24th from 10AM - 12PM at The Durham Museum (801 South 10th Street, Omaha). There will be plenty of parking available in the adjacent museum parking lot.
Registrants will be joined by members of the museum Education Services team who will guide you through museum spaces to observe and discuss different volunteer opportunities. We will specifically focus on opportunities catered toward our youngest visitors, including field trips, public programming, and serving as gallery guides in traveling exhibits.
Lunch will be served at 11AM and will include a Q&A with museum staff.
