Event:
Anthropology and Conservation

Join Conservation Nebraska for an engaging webinar that explores the critical intersection of anthropology and conservation.

We will hear from speaker Dr. Tim Sefczek, a biological anthropologist and professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, on how understanding human behavior and cultural practices can enhance conservation efforts. As a researcher through the Omaha Henry-Doorly Zoo, Dr. Sefczek’s work highlights the importance of human-centered approaches in protecting biodiversity.

This session offers a unique perspective on the role anthropology plays in the natural world.
