FREE Winter Webinar Series - Communicating Effectively

The Alzheimer’s Association – Nebraska Chapter will host an upcoming Winter Webinar Series – The Empowered Caregiver, designed to support caregivers of individuals living with dementia. These free classes aim to increase caregiver confidence and reduce stress by offering practical strategies and resources rooted in a person-centered approach to care.

The webinars provide valuable insights and techniques to help caregivers navigate their responsibilities while enhancing the quality of life for both them and their loved ones.

“Caregiving for someone with Alzheimer’s or dementia is an incredible act of love, but it can also feel overwhelming and isolating,” said Sadie Hinkel, Programming Director at the Alzheimer’s Association – Nebraska Chapter. “This webinar series is designed to provide caregivers with the tools, confidence, and encouragement they need to navigate this journey with their loved one.”
