As a Co-Sponsorship team, you will work alongside our agency to ensure that refugee families have the necessary resources, support, and guidance needed to build a stable and self-sufficient life in their new home. This collaborative effort can encompass various aspects of support, including housing, financial assistance, mentorship, and cultural orientation.
Requirements:
- Gather 5-8 team members
- Attend an orientation session
- Raise start-up funds of $3,000 for the family
- Welcome family at the airport
- Assist setting up their new home
- Provide guidance for the first 6-9 months as the family finds their place in Omaha
