We're looking for board members to help support and amplify our mission, provide some consistent leadership, and help us bring our mission to the next level. We are open to anyone with a commitment to our mission, comfortable leveraging their network, and time to devote. Two year term, renewable. Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 5:15
Major Responsibilities:
• Provide oversight, advice and guidance to the team;
• Attend board of directors meetings;
• Provide oversight of and adherence to policies and procedures;
• Provide advice on GSSI governance, fiscal matters, and mission;
• Review and approve the annual budget;
• Review Board reports and provide feedback;
• Support NeighborGood through time, talent and treasure. Participate in or contribute to fundraising events for general operations and programs and assist with outreach to the metropolitan philanthropic community.
