The 9th Annual Operation Super Jack golf outing will be held this year on Thursday, June 6th at Pacific Springs Golf Course in Omaha, NE.  To ensure the success of this event, we are seeking contributions and donations. We would be honored if you would help us by joining us for golf, sponsoring a hole or drinks, or donating silent auction and/or raffle items, flag prizes, and swag bag items. We're also looking for event sponsors, drink ticket sponsors, water bottle donors, snack donors, etc.

We are also looking for volunteers the day of the event to help set up, run games at holes, and help cleanup.
