The Wellbeing Partners, the WhatMakeUs campaign to end mental health stigma, and our community partners encourage people to engage in conversations about our mental health and wellbeing every day, but especially during Time to Talk Week.

From May 21-27, 2022, people from across the community commit to having conversations about mental health, whether it be at one’s school, workplace, neighborhood park, or around the dinner table - to help us see each other with more understanding and promote mental wellbeing.
