Take Part in our Pen Pal Program
We are looking for volunteers 55 and older that would like to be a Pen Pal to a 3rd grade student in Council Bluffs. Volunteers and students will write letters monthly November through May. Volunteers must be willing to take part in the Pen Pal Party at the end of the school year where volunteers and students get to meet.
