Soprano Tiffany Williams will make her second appearance with Vesper Concerts in an ONLINE solo recital of songs and spirituals by black composers on April 18 at 3 p.m.. The concert is titled "Can You Hear Me Now: Giving Voice to the Black Art Song and Spiritual."
