Songwriter Series Workshop Day One (ages 13-18)
This songwriter series workshop will focus on Open Mics and how to prepare for them. With a Songwriting Track and a Spoken Word Track, youth artists will workshop a piece with our amazing Teaching Artists to share at our first Open Mic Nights on July 16th. We will get our creative juices flowing and use our voices to express ourselves! **We will NOT be having instrument instruction in this workshop. This is a workshop focused on solo performance- we will NOT be putting bands together, however- you may have bandmates who will be signing up with you and collaboration will be supported** Teens will have M-Th afternoon workshop from 12-2 daily and the Open Mic on July 16th from 5-8pm
