Come alongside the residents and Resident Advocate to help with day, nightly and weekend activities, life-skills and shift gaps in housing coverage. Our residents have staff available to them 24 hours each day and 7-days each week and sometimes our Resident Advocate staff needs to leave early and may need some help to fill the time gap between shifts.
