Read It and Eat Culinary Conference- featuring Saving Grace Perishable Food Rescue

Join us for our 9th annual Read It & Eat Culinary Conference!

Have you ever thought about all the scraps, peels, rinds and other parts of fruits and vegetables that get discarded during meal prep; or about what happens with all the perishable foods that get discarded from grocery stores? Did you know that over 40% of the food produced in the United States goes to waste?

Learn about local organizations rescuing and donating perishable foods to feed our community. Explore creative ways to turn your food scraps into delicious dishes.

Join us as we talk with experts in the zero waste food movement. Come hungry, as there will be many food samples to taste!
