Preserve Council Bluffs promotes and preserves the heritage of Council Bluffs through its architecture, sites, and people. As suburban sprawl and roadside development make more places look the same, preservation and restoration of our community's uniqueness and personality take on an increasingly greater importance. Preserve Council Bluffs works to identify these landmarks, assess the risks they face, and work with individuals and other groups to see these local treasures remain safe.
