What We Do
Omaha Equestrian Foundation has four major goals: create opportunities to grow equestrian sport in the Midwest, provide access points for people to get involved in the horse industry, provide an economic impact in Omaha, and positively impact the community through educational opportunities. Our tack trunks are provided to classrooms as an educational measure for students to become more familiar with horses. It is filled with tools that students may not otherwise come across and helps them better understand horses.
Interesting Info
  • Since the first International Omaha in 2012, over 13,000 area school children have received a free field trip to the International Omaha.
  • In 2017, Omaha Equestrian Foundation successfully hosted Nebraska's first global championship, the FEI Jumping and Dressage World Cup Finals.
  • Through our "Salute to Military, Veterans, and First Responders", we donate thousands of tickets so these brave men and women may attend free of charge.
