What We Do

We are very thankful for the many blessings we have received over the years and sincerely appreciate your on-going or consideration for support. Today, we serve over 5,500 youth in greater Omaha. This number has nearly doubled in two years.

Unfortunately, as a result of this year's world-wide pandemic, our challenges to impact today's youth have multiplied. Our passion and commitment to "make a difference" in molding tomorrow's leaders is our driving force. As a result, we reviewed our business model so we can continue our efforts. All of us are hopeful we'll be back to normal in the very near future. Here's an overview of our impact to Omaha's next generation.

The First Tee of Omaha is an inclusive youth development program for children ages (5-18) introducing the game of golf and its inherent values to young people. Through after school and in school programs, we help shape the lives of young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like integrity, respect and perseverance through the game of golf.

We parlay golf and life lessons highlighted by our nine core values: Honesty-Integrity-Respect-Responsibility-Confidence-Courtesy-Judgment-Perseverance-Teamwork.

Interesting Info

Currently, we serve over 600 youth in our summer program along with touching over 5000 student via our National School Program.
In 2019, we added three new summer programming sites: Elkhorn Ridge, Eagle Hills and Platteview GC
We have a strong, working board and we are driven to serve over 10,000 youth in Douglas and Sarpy counties by 2023.
