What We Do
We provide assistance, education and resources to help families and individuals in the community become stable, productive and contributing residents. The Charles E. Lakin Human Services Campus is home to Boys and Girls Club, Heartland Family Service, MICAH House, The Salvation Army and I Support the Girls Council Bluffs/Omaha.
