Centro Latino is the premier bilingual and bicultural nonprofit in Council Bluffs / Pottawattamie County serving our local Latino families with an array of human services.
Our mission is to educate and empower Hispanic/Latino individuals and families towards thriving, self-sufficient, and healthy lives.
