What We Do

Mid-America Council, Boy Scouts of America blazes the trail in leadership, citizenship, and character development programs for boys and girls across the Midlands. Serving 58 counties in Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota, our trained volunteers are guiding Scouts as they work their way through the Scouting ranks gaining positive values and life skills. The Mid-America Council provides five key programs: Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturing (High Adventure), Exploring (Career Education), Invention Scouts (STEM). YOUR GIFT TODAY helps in so many ways! - Provide healthy meals for our summer campers. - Give financial assistance to Scouts in need. A Scout is helpful! - Keep our facilities sanitary and safe. A Scout is clean! - Keep the lights on at camp year-round for programs.
