Mentor a young adult former foster youth. Partnership 4 Hope asks for a one year commitment to mentoring during which time you will receive ongoing support and training. Mentoring requires 4 hours of in-person contact a month with regular communication via phone, text, etc. Partnership 4 Hope assists in helping the young adult navigate adulthood with your help.
