OCP’s 2021 fundraiser is going virtual! Please join us on Thursday, April 8th for a very special virtual cooking class, conversation and Q&A with Chef Paul Kulik of Le Bouillon and Jim McKain, the director of Fully Committed. Chef Kulik will walk through the meal preparation, share information about the history of the dishes, and discuss wine pairings. Jim McKain will cook alongside him and share insight into the process of directing OCP’s one-man show, Fully Committed. We will close the evening with the opportunity for guests to ask questions!
