Consider Volunteering as the Dreamweaver Foundation Guild President!

GUILD PURPOSE: The Dreamweaver Foundation Guild helps with fundraising efforts to support the organization’s mission: to fulfill the dreams of seniors who are terminally ill, making their life-long dreams come true through incredible experiences they will never forget.
GUILD PRESIDENT: The role of the Guild President is to lead the Guild in the planning and execution of the Dreamweaver Foundation’s annual Boots and Bucket’s fundraising event.

DUTIES
• Lead the Guild in the planning, organizing, promotion, and execution of the annual Boots and Buckets event
• Plan and lead guild meetings
• Work closely with the Executive Director during the planning process
• Find new, creative ways to draw more people to the event
• Oversee corporate sponsorships
• Administer event budget
• Assist in soliciting and securing donations (cash and in-kind)
• Recruit guild members
• Coordinate the thanking donors, sponsors and volunteers

TIME COMMITMENT:
• Guild President is a minimum two-year commitment
• Planning of the Boots and Buckets event starts in March and wraps up in October.
• Must be present at all Guild meetings
• Occasional attendance at Board meetings
• Set-up day before the event
• Attendance day of the event is expected.
