Friends of CASA is a membership organization that's committed to improving the lives of neglected and abused children. Through community awareness, special intiatives, and fundraising efforts, we proudly support CASA of Douglas County, a nonprofit agency that trains Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs) advocating for children in the foster care system. YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE! We invite you to join us and bcome a Friend of CASA! Your membership will directly benefit the children served by CASA of Douglas County. Membership Levels: Patron ($200) - Provides 15 complete Project Hope Packs for children in care Investor ($100) - Provides a six week training class for new CASA Volunteers Impactor ($50) - Provides 10 hygiene packs or 5 board games to children in care Ally ($30) - Provides a thoughtful holiday present to a child in care Active members (1) attend seven of nine monthly meetings during your membership year (2) attend two special project activities, and (3) assist with one fundraising event.
