Come spend time at the Sarpy County Earth Day Expo - it is a family friendly learning experience that encourages us all to learn more about care of the environment, that each of us makes a difference. Local eco-groups will be creating exhibits, there will be vendor displays, youth activities, an athletic fundraiser, good food, an eco-friendly Auto Showcase, a Trashion Show, education sessions and more! The 2019 Earth Day theme will focus on lowering our individual carbon footprint. And we are very committed to continue to promote the end of plastic pollution. Plastic is threatening our planet's survival, from poisoning and injuring marine life to disrupting human hormones, from littering our beaches and landscapes to clogging our streams and landfills. Together, we can make a difference.
