Lauritzen Gardens

Members of the Nebraska Bonsai Society will share their passion for the art of styling trees and help you better understand both the art and the science of bonsai in Nebraska. A curated display of bonsai specimens will be on display in the Cindy and Mogens Bay Gallery of the Marjorie K. Daugherty Conservatory. The Ikebana exhibition will feature arrangements from both classical and contemporary schools of Ikebana. Members of Ikebana International Omaha #60 will be present during show hours to meet guests and answer questions about the art of Ikebana. Event runs May 3 through 5 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. The exhibition is included with paid garden admission ($10 adults, $5 children 6-12), and is free for children under 6 and garden members.
