ThriVinci Purpose:
The mission of ThriVinci is committed to empowering communities through skills-based service; by sharing knowledge and talents, ThriVinci volunteers enable community agencies, who are advancing charitable causes and defending or preventing distress to vulnerable populations, to adhere to organizational development best practices and data-driven solutions.

Job Summary:
Create awareness of ThriVinci in neighboring communities by executing strong brand strategy and developing a relationship pipeline.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Support priorities set through strategic planning centered around event and brand development while supporting revenue streams through effective communication and marketing strategies.

The typical creative process can involve:
-Discussing the ThriVinc'is core message and target audience
-Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the Brand team
-Writing and presenting a few options to Brand Committee
-Modifying copy until the Brand Committee Chair is satisfied
-Bloggers write, edit, post, and promote the content on ThriVinci web pages or websites.
-Generate and pitch ideas, compose and edit posts, market posts to readers, and conduct research.
-Write or curating quarterly e-newsletter and monthly blog posts

Education/Experience:
0-3 years - High School Diploma Preferred or currently a student in an accredited university
3-5 years - Bachelors degree or professional certification for subject matter expertise volunteers

Physical Requirements:
-Home/Client office environment, ability to sit for a prolonged period.
-Basic computer and technological ability for video conferencing software, Google, Slack, Trello etc.
-Occasional lifting of up to 40lbs dependent on role among the board, i.e. volunteer event material set up.

Training:
-ThriVinci volunteers and board members will attend an orientation session with the director of operations, president, vice president or program committee chair either as a small group or One-on-One training session.

Time Commitment:
-Volunteers are expected to work on ThriVinci projects no more than 5 hours per week for the duration of the project.
