Be an Advocate
Join our network of advocates, and we'll send you timely alerts to take simple actions that will help influence national policy and create widespread awareness of this devastating disease. Our advocates play a critical role in our efforts to influence Alzheimer’s and dementia policy at the federal and state level. Working together we are making an impact.
Alzheimer's disease is one of the most critical public health issues in America.
The number of Americans living with Alzheimer's is growing — and growing fast. In the U.S., someone develops the disease every 65 seconds. While Alzheimer's places a huge burden on the health care system, with annual costs exceeding a quarter of a trillion dollars, the cost is far more than financial. One in three seniors dies with Alzheimer's or another dementia. This is why we unrelentingly advocate for the rights of the Alzheimer’s and dementia community, as well as critical research funding. We advocate to change the trajectory of this disease.
